Here you will find tantalizing recipes formulated by Sweet Wheat Founder® Kim Bright using Sweet Wheat® that will be sure to not only tempt the taste buds, but also satsisfy your health needs.

Sweet Wheat®  Chocolate Oat Drops

1 Cup Oats

3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Chocolate

1 Tablespoon Ghiardelli® Dark Chocolate

1/4 Teaspoon of Salt

1/2 Cup of Honey

2 Teaspoons Sweet Wheat® or 4  Capsules

Roll into small drops

Sweet Wheat® Pesto Pasta

Pasta

4 Cups of Cooked Ziti (Chilled)

1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes  (Cut in Half)

1 Cup Chopped Black Olives

Mix Tomatoes, Olives and Pasta

Pesto

1/2 Cup- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Chopped Basil

3 Tablespoons Pine Nuts

2 Tablespoons Romano Cheese

1 Large Clove of Garlic

2 Teaspoons of Sweet Wheat® or 4 capsules Blend and Mix into Pasta

Summer Gazpacho

2 Cups High Fiber V8 Juice

2 Cups Tomato Juice

1 Small Minced Onion

2 Cups Diced Tomatoes

1 Cup Yellow & Red Bell Pepper

1 Teaspoon Honey

1 Crushed Garlic Clove

1 Diced Cucumber

2 Chopped Scallions

Juice of 1/2 Lemon and 1 Lime

1 Teaspoon Sweet Wheat® or 2 Capsules

1/8 Cup Cilantro

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne

Dash of Hot Pepper Sauce

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Combine ingredients Chill for at least two hours

Tuna Spread

(Sweet Wheat Staff Favorite!)

1 Can Albacore Tuna (In Water)

2 Tablespoons of Chopped Red Onion

4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons of Chopped Celery

1 Tablespoon of Relish

1/2 Teaspoon of Sweet Wheat® or 1 capsule.

Serve on crackers, on a sandwich with lettuce or in hollowed tomatoes.

Pepper and Salt to Taste.

Guacamole

1 Ripe Avocado (3/4 Mashed) (1/4 Diced Small Pieces)

1/2 Small Tomato (Chop into Small Pieces)

1 Tablespoon of Chopped Small Green Onion

1 Clove Fresh Minced Garlic

1/2 Lime (Juiced)

1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Sweet Wheat® or 1 capsule.

    I had the pleasure of cooking with Kim Bright as your expertise in the kitchen is something to see. All of her dishes were absolutely delicious! She has a long history in the organic restaraunt business and combine that with her knowledge of nutrition and organic wheat grass juice, she’s changed many people’s lives and given them great health!
